Note app import

Bring Evernote, Apple Notes, Obsidian, Bear, and Simplenote notes into your wiki

IntegrationsImportOfficial

About

Upload a file exported from another note app and each note becomes a wiki page. Folder and notebook hierarchies become subpages, and image and PDF attachments in the notes come along. Plain markdown folders exported from Notion and similar apps import the same way as Obsidian.

How to connect

Connect once per account and it works in every project you belong to.

  1. Export your notes from the app you use: .enex for Evernote, .json for Bear and Simplenote, and .zip for Apple Notes and Obsidian.

  2. In Settings → Import, choose the project the notes should go into and upload the file.

  3. Each note becomes a wiki page, and folder and notebook hierarchies become subpages.

  • The wiki tree goes up to 4 levels. Obsidian gathers deeper notes into the 4th level; other apps skip notes in deeper folders.
  • Up to 10,000 notes at a time is safe. For more, split them into several files.
