Can I invite teammates on the Free plan?
Yes. On the Free plan a project holds up to 4 people including you, and one account can join up to 3 projects. Move to a paid plan for more members or projects.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored encrypted in a secure cloud environment. Files and activity history are protected so that only authorized users can reach them.
What is the difference between the desktop app and the web app?
The desktop app lets you keep editing docs on an unstable connection, and system notifications and quick search feel more native there. Your data syncs exactly as it does on the web.
Do the planning features cost extra?
Assistive features such as drafting a spec are included in the Pro plan. If you only need the core collaboration features, the Free or Starter plan is enough to start on.
