Memos — personal notes by color
When a full wiki document is too heavy, jot down one-line ideas, to-dos, and links, color-coded.
Creating a memo
New memo
Create a memo with the + button in the Memos menu in the sidebar. A body with no title is fine.
Pick a color
Click the color dot in the memo header to change the label color (yellow·blue·green·pink·purple·orange·emerald·null).
Pin
Pin the memos you check often to keep them at the top. Sorting runs pinned → position → recently edited.
Search & filter
Body search
Type a keyword into the search box and both the title and the body (a plain text index) are searched. LIKE metacharacters such as % _ \ are escaped automatically.
Color filter
Only allowed colors are applied as a filter, and unknown colors are ignored.
Ordering & dragging
Drag a memo to change its position, and the new order is saved for your own memos in one transaction (isolated from other users' memos).
