Organize a spec and shape the work that follows

Select the Planning tab in the project sidebar to reach the PRD, Feature spec, and User flow views.

Use the rich editor to write the purpose, the audience, and the features you need. The slash menu adds images and tables.

Click the ✨ icon at the top right and basic questions such as your goal and your audience come one at a time. Your answers become a PRD draft.

After writing the PRD, click Improve to tidy up its structure and phrasing.

Click the generate button in the Feature spec tab. Tabple reads the PRD and splits it into top-level requirements and their sub-features.

Click an item to change its description, priority, and acceptance criteria.

Send the finished feature spec to the board as task cards in one pass. Pick an assignee and a target column and the cards are created.

The User flow tab shows the order in which users move through your features.

Build the user flow automatically from the PRD or the feature spec. The generated flow is laid out for you.

Double-click a step to rename it, and double-click a connector to delete it.
