Notification & mobile push settings
Tune notifications channel by channel, and get real-time push in the mobile app.

Notification types
- Task assignment — when you are set as the assignee
- Mention (@me) — when someone tags you in a comment, chat message, or wiki page
- Comment — when someone comments on a task or page you wrote
- Chat message — new messages in channels you are in (off by default, since it can be a lot)
- Due date D-1 reminder — sent automatically the day before an assigned task is due
Change notification settings

Open settings
Go to your profile avatar > Settings > the Notifications tab.

Per-channel toggles
Each notification type has independent on/off switches for web, desktop, and mobile push.

Notification center
Click the bell icon at the top, or open the /notifications page, to read past notifications together and clear them with Mark all read.

Install the mobile app
Sign in to the iOS or Android app and an FCM (Android) or APNs (iOS) token registers automatically, which enables push.

Multiple devices
Sign in on several devices with the same account and push reaches all of them. Devices you sign out of drop off the delivery list automatically.

Due date reminders
A server cron checks the due dates of your assigned tasks each morning (D-1) and sends push.
NOTETiming follows the timezone set in your profile.
