Notification & mobile push settings

Go to your profile avatar > Settings > the Notifications tab. Email notifications, OS push, push notification types, do not disturb, sounds, and privacy are all there.

Under Push notification types, switch Task assignment, Mention, Comment, DM, Channel chat, and Due date reminder on or off one by one. These settings apply to both the mobile app and browser OS push. Email notifications are set separately for mentions, task assignments, DMs, comments, reactions, page edits, page locks, announcements, and feedback replies.

Click the bell icon at the top, or open the notification center (/notifications), to read past notifications together. On the Notifications view you can filter by All, Project, or Unread and by notification type, mark all account notifications read in one go, or delete all read account notifications. These bulk actions apply to your entire account regardless of the current filters.

Turn on Allow OS push and the browser asks for notification permission. Once allowed, a push subscription is registered too, so you can be notified with the tab closed. If notifications are blocked in your browser settings it can't be turned on — allow the site's notifications first, then try again. Turning it off removes the subscription.

Set a start and end time under Do not disturb and push for other people's activity (assignments, mentions, comments, chat, and DMs) is held back during that window; it still collects in the notification center. Notifications whose time you chose yourself — task reminders, digests, and Rhythm reminders — are not blocked. The window follows your Rhythm date time zone.

Under Push notification types, Daily digest sends one push a day at the hour you choose that summarizes notifications you missed, and Weekly digest sends a summary every Monday. Hours are in Korean Standard Time (KST). The email digest gathers unread notifications into one message at 8 a.m. (Mondays for the weekly one).

Sign in to the iOS or Android app and an FCM (Android) or APNs (iOS) token registers automatically, which enables push.

General collaboration alerts, such as mentions, can reach several signed-in devices. Rhythm reminders go to the most recently registered device to reduce duplicates. Signed-out devices are removed from delivery. Push text arrives in the language of the receiving device, falling back to your account language if the device doesn't report one.

Each morning at 9:00 (Korean Standard Time), the server sends push for the unfinished tasks assigned to you that are coming due. The default is one day before; under Push notification types, Reminder timing lets you choose the day of, or 1, 2, 3, or 7 days before.

Notifications from the same conversation or task are grouped together. When the same group arrives again within a few seconds, web push replaces the earlier one quietly. The Android app delivers notifications through per-type channels, so you can change sound and importance for each type in the device's app notification settings (in app versions that support channels).

In app versions that support it, channel, DM, and chat mention push notifications carry reply and mark-read buttons, so you can answer or mark messages read without opening the app. For a thread reply, your answer goes to that thread.
