Using the writing assistant
What you put in and what you get back, organized around real work.
about 5 min Updated May 11, 2026
The assistants at a glance
- AI rewrite — select text, then the ✨ button. Adjusts tone and length
- Draft a page — enter a topic and it lays out the document structure first
- Improve a page — makes an existing document easier to read
- Organize a plan — turns planning notes into an execution flow and work items
- Break down a task — splits a big task into a small checklist
Scenario 1 — meeting notes in five minutes
1
Paste the raw notes
Paste the notes you took during the meeting straight into a daily note or the Wiki — messy is fine.
2
Select all, then rewrite
Cmd+A → ✨ → pick a preset such as "Clean up meeting notes" or "Make concise".
3
Review the result
Check the result, organized into agenda, decisions, and next steps. Keep it in the body if you like it, or discard it.
TIPPicking out only the decisions and turning them into tasks works best.
Scenario 2 — from a plan to an execution flow
1
Write the plan
In project → Planning, write down the purpose, the audience, and the features you need.
2
Organize the work items
Press the organize button and the work is split out feature by feature.
NOTEYou can edit the result afterwards.
3
Check the flow
See visually in what order people use the features, and fix whatever needs fixing.
Limits and access
- Pro or the AI add-on — only Pro users and Lifetime users with an active AI add-on can use the AI buttons and menus. They aren't shown on Free, Starter, or Lifetime without the add-on (
canUseAi(user)SSOT). - 100 calls per month — one call uses one. Refills automatically every 30 days
- Burst limits — 10 per minute, 60 per hour (rate limiter)
- One-time plans are separate — a one-time payment plan does not include AI. If you need it, subscribe to the AI add-on separately for ₩2,000 a month
- Failed calls don't count — 4xx/5xx responses are excluded
Things to keep in mind
- Review AI output before you use it — checking the facts is on you.
- Mask or otherwise handle documents that hold sensitive information (personal data, confidential material) before calling AI.
- Output quality tracks how much context you give — a PRD written out in paragraphs beats a one-line title.
