Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. Sign up without card details and use the core features right away. Upgrade only when you need the paid features.

What's the difference between Starter and Pro?

The features are nearly identical. Starter has 10GB of total storage and doesn't include AI writing; Pro has 50GB of total storage and includes 100 AI uses per month. Starter fits if you don't need AI and want a light start; Pro fits if you want everything.

Does the Pro plan renew automatically?

Yes. It renews automatically on your next billing date using the card you paid with. You can cancel automatic payments at any time under Settings → Billing, and once canceled the next payment isn't charged. Starter works the same way.

When can I switch to a paid plan?

You can upgrade or cancel at any time. If you cancel, you keep the paid features until the end of the subscription period you paid for, and then switch to Free automatically.

Which payment methods are supported?

Credit and debit cards (domestic and international) and easy-pay services like KakaoPay, Naver Pay, and Toss Pay are supported. Receipts and tax invoices are issued automatically after payment.

What's the refund policy?

When you cancel, you keep the paid features until the end of the subscription period you paid for, and it then ends automatically. We don't issue prorated refunds, so check your billing cycle before you cancel.

What if I start solo and later add a team?

Just send project invites. Each teammate creates an account, signs up, and collaborates according to their project role (owner, member, viewer). This is per-project collaboration, so there is no seat billing — once you are large enough to need one place for the roster, seats, and audit log, create a Team.

How are team seats counted?

A team is billed monthly as the number of seats you bought × the seat price (there is no annual billing). Owner, Admin, Member, and Read only each take one seat; guests take none. An invite that has not been accepted yet already holds a seat (guest invites do not). Adding seats mid-cycle is charged only for the days left in the cycle, and removing seats becomes credit deducted from the next charge. A team that has never bought seats can try team features on 3 trial seats first.

Does buying a seat let that person see every project in the team?

No. A seat is a slot on the team roster, not project access. Team members and read-only members only see the team roster and settings; a project opens only when they are invited to that project. Owner and Admin are the only roles that reach every team project automatically, and that is an administrative duty so the team can reclaim its own assets. Team roles (Owner, Admin, Member, Read only, Guest) and project roles (owner, member, viewer) are two different axes.

Why is there no Enterprise price?

Enterprise is a sales contract where the seat count and term are agreed individually, so there is no public price. SAML single sign-on, SCIM user provisioning, and company domain verification open once the contract starts. Send us an inquiry from the Enterprise card on this pricing page.

Is my data safe?

All data is stored encrypted, and you can export it as Markdown or JSON at any time. We keep your data for 30 days after a subscription is canceled.

How are the 100 monthly AI writing uses counted?

Each call to the AI writing, summary, continue-writing, or planning features on the Pro plan uses one of the 100. The allowance refills automatically after 30 days. Burst limits of 10 per minute and 60 per hour also apply.
