OKR goal management
Set quarterly and annual goals, then manage progress with the numbers that matter.
OKR basics
- Objective (O) — the large outcome you want to reach. A written sentence that sets direction and motivation
- Key Results (KR) — quantified results that measure success. 1–5 recommended
- Progress — the average of each KR's current value / target value becomes the Objective's overall progress automatically
Create a goal
Open the Goals page
Select the Goals tab in the project sidebar. On a first visit you get a sample goal and a short onboarding.
Add your first Objective
Use 'Add your first goal' or the + button to write an Objective, then set its period (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, H1, H2, Year, or Custom).
Add Key Results
Inside the Objective card, use the + button to add a KR. Enter a title, a target value, a current value, and a unit (people, %, items, and so on).
Update progress
Edit the current value inline
Click the current value on a KR row to edit it in place, and press Enter to save. The progress bar and the Objective's overall progress update immediately.
Switch status
Click the status badge on an Objective card to move between In progress, Done, and Cancelled.
Filter by period
Pick Q1, Q2, Year, and so on in the filter at the top to see only that period's goals.
Paid plan feature
OKR goal management is available on the Starter, Pro, and Lifetime paid plans. On Free you can view team goals read-only.
