Connect Tabple Meet bookings
Open Meet and add a public booking link to a document.
1. Open Meet
Start from integrations
Go to Settings → Integrations → Tabple Meet and choose Open Meet. The Meet sign-in page opens in a new tab.
Prepare your account and booking link
If SSO is enabled, sign in with your Tabple account on the Meet sign-in page. Link an existing Meet account from Meet settings. Publish a booking type, team page, or routing form in Meet and copy its address.
2. Add a booking card
Choose /Meet booking
Type /Meet booking on an empty line in a document, then select Meet booking.
Insert a public link
Paste the Meet link and choose Insert. Public booking (/book), team (/teams), and routing form (/r) links are supported. Personal rescheduling and cancellation links are not accepted.
Book within the document
Choose View booking times to open the booking page inside the card, or use Open in new tab. Editors can remove the card with its delete button.
3. Sharing and other apps
- Published documents let readers expand Tabple Meet to book. A direct booking link remains available.
- Desktop and mobile apps keep the existing link card format. Depending on the app version, they may open the booking link externally instead of showing it inside the document.
- In narrow columns, scroll inside the booking card or open it in a new tab.
- If the embedded page is blocked, use Open in new tab. Self-hosted deployments must also check their iframe response headers.
- Account linking and booking cards do not automatically synchronize Tabple calendars or team permissions.
