Pricing & billing guide
Which plan fits your use, and the difference between an auto-renewing subscription and a one-time payment.
Plan comparison
- Free — 3 projects, 4 members per project (including you), 10 unfinished tasks, 50 new calendar events per month, 100 wiki pages, 5 active routines, 1 routine sequence and 50 memos, 20MB per file (5MB in chat) with 500MB of total storage, 3 active public share links, and 30 days of statistics. Recurring events, public publishing, OKRs, webhooks, and AI are not included.
- Storage 20GB (Starter) — a subscription of ₩2,900 for 1 month or ₩7,900 for 3 months on the web. Includes the paid core features except AI (recurring events, public publishing, OKRs, webhooks, and more), 50MB per file with 20GB of total storage, and 10 active public share links.
- Storage 100GB (Pro) — a subscription of ₩4,900 for 1 month or ₩12,900 for 3 months on the web. It allows 100 projects and 20 members per project, has the same other limits and features as Storage 20GB with 100GB of total storage, and adds MCP connections and 100 AI writing and planning calls per month.
- Storage 20GB allows 30 projects and 10 members per project; Storage 100GB allows 100 projects and 20 members per project. Both have no limit on wiki pages, unfinished tasks, new calendar events, active routines or memos, 20 routine sequences, and statistics across all dates; Storage 100GB adds MCP.
- Free / paid plan (Storage 20GB, Storage 100GB, Lifetime) database limits are 3 / 50 per project and 500 / 20,000 records per database. Active sprints are 1 / 10 per project, active OKR goals 0 / 30 per project, and published pages 0 / 50 across owned projects.
- Existing paid accounts retain their previous limits while keeping the same plan. Changing plans applies the new policy. Existing content remains readable, editable and exportable above a limit; only creation and reactivation are blocked. Focus timers and basic calendar views remain available on every plan.
- Lifetime — a one-time payment (regular price ₩33,000; launch price ₩19,900 until December 31, 2026), sold only as an in-app purchase on the App Store or Google Play (not on the web), that keeps the paid core features, 5GB of storage (only uploaded files count), “Use offline” in the apps, 10 active public share links, and MCP connections. AI is not included (the AI add-on is no longer sold; if you already subscribe, you keep it until it expires).
- Team — a team workspace billed by seats, separate from the personal plans. It is ₩5,900 per seat for 1 month or ₩15,900 per seat for 3 months (both renew automatically; no annual billing); owners, admins, members and viewers each use one seat, and guests do not. A seat is not project access — see the permissions-roles guide for the roles. Adding seats mid-cycle charges only the remaining time, and removing seats is credited against the next charge. A team that has never bought seats starts with 3 trial seats. Enterprise has no public price because seats and term are set by contract (contact us).
- In-app purchases — subscribing inside the App Store or Google Play app costs more than the web because the store fee is included (Storage 20GB ₩3,300 for 1 month or ₩8,900 for 3 months, Storage 100GB ₩5,500 for 1 month or ₩13,900 for 3 months — VAT included; the price on the store's checkout screen is what you are actually charged). A subscription bought in the app is canceled or refunded through that store. The one-time payment (regular price ₩33,000; launch price ₩19,900 until December 31, 2026) is sold only as an in-app purchase. Web prices include VAT as well.
Wiki pages and unfinished, unarchived tasks are counted across projects you own. Calendar events have a separate monthly creation allowance that resets on the first day of each month in UTC. Editing recurring occurrences and viewing or syncing external calendars do not use it. Deleting an event does not refund this month’s usage.
Payment & upgrades
Upgrade
Pick a plan on the /pricing page, or press 'Upgrade to Storage 100GB' under profile menu → Billing & subscription. The payment window takes credit and debit cards and KakaoPay.
Use a storage coupon
Enter the code you bought in the 'Redeem a storage coupon' card under profile menu → Billing & subscription and press 'Redeem'. It applies immediately and is added to the time you have left. If you are on auto-pay, the next charge date moves back by the coupon period.
From Storage 20GB (Starter) to Storage 100GB (Pro)
There is no flow that switches an auto-renewing Storage 20GB subscription straight to Storage 100GB. Cancel Storage 20GB where you bought it (web, App Store, or Google Play) first, and you can purchase Storage 100GB on the web right away. The canceled Storage 20GB stays until its period ends, and 100GB applies while the two overlap (the remaining period is not refunded or carried over).
Cancellation
Storage 20GB and Storage 100GB subscriptions can be canceled at any time, and you keep those features until the end of the period you already paid for. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel in that store's subscription settings. Lifetime does not renew, and the discontinued AI add-on no longer renews either, so there is nothing to cancel.
Refund policy
Billing is per cycle and there are no prorated refunds. For exceptions such as an incorrect charge right after payment, contact support@tabple.com. Refunds for a one-time (Lifetime) payment are requested from the store you bought it in (App Store or Google Play) and follow that store's refund policy. A one-time payment bought on the web before web sales ended is refunded in full only if it is within 30 days of purchase, you have never used an AI feature, and you have never uploaded an attachment.
Auto-renewal (subscriptions)
Notice 7 days before renewal
Seven days before the next billing date, an email goes to your registered address with the billing date, the amount, and the last four digits of the card. Change the card or cancel within that window if you need to.
Retries after a failed renewal
If renewal fails because the card expired or the limit was exceeded, it is retried automatically for 3 days. Your current paid features stay active during that time; if it ultimately fails, the account moves to Free and you get a notification.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time with the Cancel subscription button on the /billing page. You keep the current plan's features until the end of the paid period, then it ends automatically. Before the period ends you can undo it with 'Keep subscription — turn auto-renew back on' in the same place (KakaoPay's payment method is deleted when you cancel, so you register a card again).
Storage 20GB (Starter) and Storage 100GB (Pro) are auto-renewing subscriptions, charged automatically on the next billing date every 1 or 3 months, whichever you chose. The AI add-on stopped selling on October 17, 2026 and is no longer charged; an existing add-on ends on its expiry date. The web sells 1-month and 3-month subscriptions; there is no annual option. The billing key is held by the payment gateway, and Tabple servers never store the card number itself.
Changing your card
How it works
Change card on /billing → a ₩100 verification charge on the new card → an immediate automatic refund → the billing key is replaced. From the next billing date the new card is charged.
Registering several cards
Only one card is active at a time. Registering a new card discards the previous billing key automatically, so there is nothing to delete.
You can change the registered card at any time from the profile menu → Billing & subscription, or on the /billing page.
