Which plan fits your use, what the AI add-on covers, and the difference between an auto-renewing subscription and a one-time payment.
Plan comparison
- Free — 3 projects, 4 members per project (including you), 100 tasks, 200 wiki pages, 20MB per file with 500MB of total storage, and 3 active public share links. Recurring events, public publishing, OKRs, webhooks, and AI are not included.
- Starter — a ₩1,900 monthly subscription. Includes the paid core features except AI (recurring events, public publishing, OKRs, webhooks, and more), 50MB per file with 10GB of total storage, and 5 active public share links.
- Pro — a ₩3,900 monthly or ₩44,000 yearly subscription. Adds 50GB of total storage, 10 active public share links, and 100 AI writing and planning calls per month on top of Starter.
- Lifetime — a one-time ₩79,000 payment that keeps the paid core features, 50GB of storage, and 10 active public share links. AI is not included by default; if you need it, the ₩2,000 monthly AI add-on gives you the 100-calls-per-month allowance.
Payment & upgrades
Upgrade
Pick a plan from the Upgrade button on the dashboard or on the /pricing page. The payment window takes credit and debit cards, KakaoPay, and more.
From Starter to Pro
There is no automatic payment flow that switches an active Starter subscription straight to Pro. Cancel Starter, then purchase Pro after the next billing date.
Cancellation
Starter, Pro, and AI add-on subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, and you keep those features until the end of the period you already paid for. Lifetime does not renew.
Refund policy
Billing is per cycle and there are no prorated refunds. For exceptions such as an incorrect charge right after payment, contact support@promstack.com.
Auto-renewal (subscriptions)
Notice 7 days before renewal
Seven days before the next billing date, an email goes to your registered address with the billing date, the amount, and the last four digits of the card. Change the card or cancel within that window if you need to.
Retries after a failed renewal
If renewal fails because the card expired or the limit was exceeded, it is retried automatically for 3 days. Your current paid features stay active during that time; if it ultimately fails, the account moves to Free and you get a notification.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time with the Cancel subscription button on the /billing page. You keep the current plan's features until the end of the paid period, then it ends automatically.
Starter, Pro, and the AI add-on are auto-renewing subscriptions. Starter and the AI add-on renew monthly; Pro renews monthly or yearly, charged automatically on the next billing date. The billing key is held by the payment gateway, and Tabple servers never store the card number itself.
Changing your card
How it works
Change card on /billing → a ₩100 verification charge on the new card → an immediate automatic refund → the billing key is replaced. From the next billing date the new card is charged.
Registering several cards
Only one card is active at a time. Registering a new card discards the previous billing key automatically, so there is nothing to delete.
You can change the registered card at any time from the user menu → Billing, or on the /billing page.
