Quick view — mentions, threads, and search hub
See everything that involves you in one place, across project boundaries.
Six views
- Notifications — filter what you've received by All, Projects, or Unread and by type, mark all account notifications read at once, or delete the ones you've read. This is the only view that uses the full width, with no preview.
- Mentions (@) — comments, chat messages, and tasks that tagged you, in chronological order. Invitations, event invitations, and team notifications don't show up here.
- Followed threads — chat threads in project channels that you started or replied to, newest reply first, each with its reply count.
- Search — search messages, tasks, pages, and features across all your projects at once.
- Drafts — write down page, message, or task ideas you haven't created or sent yet. Save a kind, title, and content with New draft, then preview or delete them from the list.
- Saved — manage bookmarked chat messages and starred wiki pages in one place.
Tips
How to get there
Enter through the Notifications menu at the top of the sidebar, or the /notifications URL. Switch views from the list on the left (Notifications, Mentions, Followed threads, Search, Drafts, Saved); on a phone-sized screen you can also swipe sideways to move to the next view.
Preview panel
Click an item in the list and a preview opens on the right, so you can skim quickly without losing context. Press j / k (or ↓ / ↑) to move through items and Enter or o to open one; the keys don't work while a text field has focus.
Add a bookmark
Bookmark a chat message with the bookmark icon that appears when you hover over it, and star a wiki page from the page itself. The Saved view has separate Pages and Messages sections, and Remove from saved takes one back out.
Search shortcut
