적용 범위Scope

이 방침은 iPhone·iPad·Android 앱 토키(영문 Tocky)와 Apple Watch 앱에 적용됩니다. 토키의 연습 기능은 계정 없이 오프라인으로 사용할 수 있습니다. iPhone·iPad·Android의 광고와 광고 제거 결제에는 아래와 같이 외부 서비스가 사용될 수 있습니다.

계정, 서버 저장, 분석 기능이 있는 Tabple 협업 서비스의 방침과는 적용 범위가 다릅니다.

This policy applies to Tocky for iPhone, iPad and Android, and to the Apple Watch app. Tocky's practice features work offline without an account. Advertising and ad removal purchases on iPhone, iPad and Android may use the services described below.

It does not apply to the Tabple collaboration service, which has accounts, server storage and analytics and is governed by a separate policy.

연습 데이터는 기기에 저장합니다Practice data stays on your devices

설정, 프리셋, 셋리스트, 연습 기록을 개발자 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 앱을 지우면 함께 지워지며 연습 기록은 앱 안에서도 삭제할 수 있습니다.

iPhone·iPad 데이터는 사용자가 켠 iCloud 또는 컴퓨터 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다. Android 앱은 이 연습 데이터를 Google 백업에 올리지 않습니다. 광고에는 인터넷 연결을 사용합니다.

Settings, presets, setlists and practice logs are not sent to a developer server. Deleting the app deletes its local data; the practice log can also be cleared in the app.

iPhone and iPad data may be included in iCloud or computer backups you enable. The Android app excludes practice data from Google backups. Advertising uses an internet connection.

광고Advertising

광고가 활성화된 무료 버전은 재생이 멈춘 동안 메인 화면 또는 연습 기록에 Google AdMob 배너 하나를 표시할 수 있습니다. 두 위치에 동시에 표시하지 않습니다. 앱을 몇 번 사용한 뒤 일부 앱 복귀 시에는 준비된 앱 오프닝 광고를 표시할 수 있습니다. 재생 중에는 두 형식 모두 표시하지 않습니다.

광고 요청 전에 Google의 동의 관리 도구(UMP)로 필요한 동의 상태를 확인하며, 허용된 경우에만 요청합니다. 비개인화 광고를 요청하고 게시자 자체 식별자 기능은 끕니다.

비개인화 광고에도 IP 주소(대략적인 위치 파악에 사용 가능), 기기 관련 식별자, 광고 노출·클릭 등 상호작용, 성능·진단 정보 등이 광고 제공·측정·부정행위 방지 목적으로 Google에 전송될 수 있습니다. 비개인화는 ‘데이터 수집 없음’을 뜻하지 않습니다. 앱은 연습 데이터와 구매 거래를 광고 요청에 넣지 않습니다.

When advertising is enabled, the free version may display one Google AdMob banner at a time on the main screen or in the practice log while playback is stopped. After the app has been used a few times, a preloaded app open ad may also be displayed on some returns to the app. Neither format is displayed during playback.

Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) checks consent requirements before advertising requests, which are made only when permitted. The app requests non-personalized ads and disables the publisher first-party ID feature.

Non-personalized ads can still send data to Google for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention, including IP addresses (which may infer approximate location), device-related identifiers, ad impressions, clicks and interactions, and performance or diagnostic information. Non-personalized does not mean no data collection. Practice data and purchase transactions are not included in ad requests.

광고 선택Advertising choices

지역 및 동의 상태에 따라 동의 화면이 제공됩니다. Google이 개인정보 선택 항목을 요구하는 경우 iPhone·iPad의 앱 정보 또는 Android의 연습 기록에 있는 ‘광고 개인정보 설정’에서 다시 열 수 있습니다.

광고 제거 구매가 확인되면 배너와 앱 오프닝 광고를 제거하고 새 광고를 요청하지 않습니다. 구매 확인 전에는 광고 동의 화면과 광고 SDK를 시작하지 않습니다. 이전에 광고 서비스에 전달된 데이터의 처리는 Google 정책을 따릅니다. Apple Watch 앱에는 광고 SDK가 포함되지 않습니다.

A consent form is presented when required for your region and consent status. When Google requires privacy options, you can reopen them from Advertising privacy settings in App information on iPhone/iPad, or the practice log on Android.

A verified ad removal purchase removes banners and app open ads and prevents new ad requests; before the purchase check completes, no advertising consent form or SDK is started. Data already sent to advertising services remains subject to Google's policies. The Apple Watch app does not include this advertising SDK.

광고 제거 결제Ad removal purchases

iPhone·iPad의 광고 제거는 Apple StoreKit을 통한 일회성 비소모성 앱 내 구입입니다. Apple이 결제와 Apple 계정 정보를 처리하며 개발자는 카드 정보를 받지 않습니다.

앱은 Apple이 검증한 구매·취소·환불 상태로 광고 제거 권한을 확인합니다. 같은 Apple 계정으로 ‘구매 복원’을 사용할 수 있습니다. 상품 조회, 구매와 복원에는 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다. 구매 거래를 개발자 서버나 Google에 전송하지 않습니다.

Android의 광고 제거는 Google Play 결제를 통한 일회성 인앱 상품입니다. Google이 결제와 Google 계정 정보를 처리하며 개발자는 카드 정보를 받지 않습니다. 앱은 Google Play가 알려 주는 구매 상태로 광고 제거 권한을 확인하며, 환불되면 다시 광고가 나옵니다. 같은 Google 계정으로 ‘구매 복원’을 사용할 수 있고, 상품 조회·구매·복원에는 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다. 구매 거래를 개발자 서버나 광고 요청에 넣지 않습니다.

iPhone and iPad ad removal is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase through Apple StoreKit. Apple handles payment and Apple Account information; the developer receives no card details.

The app checks Apple's verified purchase, revocation and refund status to determine ownership. Restore purchases is available with the same Apple Account. Product lookup, purchases and restoration require internet access. Transactions are not sent to a developer server or Google.

On Android, ad removal is a one-time in-app product through Google Play Billing. Google handles payment and Google account information; the developer receives no card details. The app checks the purchase state Google Play reports to determine ownership, so a refunded purchase brings ads back. Restore purchases is available with the same Google account; product lookup, purchases and restoration require internet access. Transactions are not sent to a developer server or included in ad requests.

Apple WatchApple Watch

iPhone 프리셋을 사용자의 Watch로 보낼 때 Apple WatchConnectivity를 사용합니다. 두 기기 사이에서만 오가며 개발자는 받지 않습니다.

Saved iPhone presets can be transferred to your Watch through Apple WatchConnectivity. They travel between your devices, not to the developer.

파일 및 음성Files and speech

셋리스트 내보내기·가져오기는 사용자가 고른 파일만 읽고 씁니다. 공유 대상과 저장 위치는 사용자가 정합니다. 음성 카운트는 기기에 설치된 음성 합성 엔진에 숫자 단어만 전달합니다.

Setlist import and export access only files you select. You choose where to store them and whom to share them with. Spoken counts pass only number words to the speech engine installed on your device.

권한Permissions

플랫폼에 따라 알림, 진동, 재생 유지와 화면 꺼짐 방지를 사용합니다. 마이크, 위치 서비스, 연락처, 사진 접근 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. 광고 서비스는 IP 주소로 대략적인 위치를 추정할 수 있습니다.

Depending on the platform, the app uses notifications, vibration and playback or wake-lock capabilities. It does not request microphone, location services, contacts or photo permissions. Advertising services may infer approximate location from an IP address.
